Hi, I'm Jasmine! I'm a student currently living in Nottingham, studying Film and TV Production at Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies. I am an aspiring film director, cinematographer and screenwriter. I am creative, passionate and determined to constantly improve and grow in my abilities to become the best filmmaker I can possibly be!
I decided to pursue this pathway because of my deep love and appreciation for film. I think that cinema has the capacity to be one of the most profound art forms, and the idea of being involved in the making has always been enticing to me. I've always had a very creative mind, and I know very well how to use my vivid imagination to conceive captivating ideas. I also know that I bring an often underrepresented perspective as a British South Asian woman. I really hope to reflect my personal perspective in my work and do my part in creating a more diverse cinematic landscape for the future.
